Qualification French MotoGP, Rossi ranked 9th

Valentino Rossi won the MotoGP qualifying session disappointing in France at Le Mans Circuit, Saturday, May 14, 2011. Ducati rider was only ranked ninth with a record time of 1 minute 34.206 seconds, Stoner while occupying pole position


This ranking is 'stable' for Rossi in MotoGP last four. Because, in previous MotoGP in Qatar and Portugal, Rossi also start at position nine. Ranking worst start in MotoGP Spain when only occupy position 12.

"Definitely, this result is not good for us. At first we were not lucky. We need the extra five minutes to go because there is a change in the rear shock that gives me a better feeling and movement a little more," Rossi said as reported by MCN after the qualifying session .

"But I can only do two (additional) laps. I was quite competitive but the checkered flag (black-white flag) fluttering trigger," he added.

Rossi also complained that the motor movement is still not optimal. According to him, Ducati motorcycles are still too 'nervous', and 'sedentary'. This happens, Rossi complained, because the error in setting the rear.

"The fact I was very slow. My feeling is not good when it came in and I also understeer. That means when I round the corner like an old grandmother who went home with the groceries. I am very slow in the area," said Rossi again.
