Ashton Kutcher to Replace Charlie Sheen

There's a new warlock in town. Now that Ashton Kutcher is swooping in to take his spot, will the show's resident playboy have a predilection for older women and playing pranks on his pals?

The rumors have been confirmed: Two and a Half Men has found its new leading man in Ashton Kutcher, CBS announced Friday.

Before it was confirmed Kutcher, 33, played coy. I can't wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented 2.5 team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers' homes," Kutcher said in a statement released by the network and the studio. "I can't replace Charlie Sheen but I'm going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people!

"What's the square root of 6.25?" the That '70s Show alum and former Punk'd prankster Tweeted Thursday. The answer? 2½, of course.

Kutcher is replacing Charlie Sheen on the CBS sitcom, which fired the troubled actor in March during a now-infamous feud with the show's producer, Chuck Lorre.

No word on whether ort not Kutcher has Sheen's winning seal of approval, but one thing seems certain: Kutcher will have to win over the show's loyal following. Tell us what you think of the casting:
